Withdrawal and Early Termination

TDF reserves the right to terminate lessons to any students without notice, in such a case a refund for canceled lessons will be given, notwithstanding scheduled holiday breaks. Please note, planned holiday closures are not considered canceled lessons. No refunds will be given for costume fees, registration fees nor for classes not attended.

Option 1 Month to Month Cancellation

 

In the event a student must drop any or all classes the parent or guardian/adult student must notify TDF thirty (30) days prior to the intended last day, by completing an electronic withdrawal form which can be found below. Upon termination the final payment will be assessed and charged on the date the completed withdrawal form is received, regardless of student’s attendance during final 30 days.. Withdrawal forms may not be supplanted by a verbal notification to a teacher or any staff member of TDF, neither over the phone or in person or any other way besides the electronic withdrawal form. 

Option 2 Season Commitment Cancelation

 

Upon early termination a cancelation fee will be applied in the amount equal to the total “commitment discount”, which will be calculated by the difference of (option 2) and (option 1) for all paid months during the season prior to cancelation.  In the event a student must drop any or all classes the parent or guardian/adult student must notify TDF thirty (30) days prior to the intended last day, by completing an electronic withdrawal form which can be found below.
