3. Text Messaging and RingCentral SMS Compliance Disclosures

If you opt in to receive text messages from TDF, we may send you messages such as scheduling updates, class reminders, studio announcements, and (if you choose) promotions.

Consent / Opt-in

  • We only send SMS to people who have provided consent (for example, by checking an SMS consent box on a web form, enrolling and providing a mobile number with SMS consent, or by requesting texts from us). RingCentral and mobile carriers require consent before sending texts.

Opt-out

  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or other standard opt-out keywords such as UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT). We will honor opt-out requests and stop sending messages.

Message frequency & costs

  • Message frequency varies.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase (recommended best practice for marketing programs).

No sale of mobile information

  • We do not sell or rent your phone number.

  • Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. (Service providers who help deliver messages may process it on our behalf—see “Sharing” below.)
