How It Works:

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

I am from Southern California and have had the thrill of being a student and instructor of Zumba Fitness for over 4 years with amazing mentors and students! No dance background is required! Simply bring yourself, a positive attitude, water, a towel and leave the rest to me! Come and enjoy some cardio dance fitness fun!
